Have you forgotten your password ?
In this case, click on the button "password forgotten" in the area connection above on the right on the welcoming page. Then follow instructions, you will immediately receive a new password by email! You can now change it in your profile, button "change my profile".

Have you forgotten your pseudo ?
In this case, there is unfornunately no integrated solution in the platfom. Please, contact the hotline, we will send you by email a security version.

You can't reach the registration ?
To reach the registrations of a race, you have to click on the race of your choice (welcoming page). Then according to your criterias of input (age, sex) the correspondent category(ies) will open. Select the category of your choice, then click on "add to cart" and follow instructions until the payement.

The platform opens the wrong category ?
It is probably a typing error. In 90% of cases, it is your birth date which causes the problem, type it correctly (ex: 1987). Also check that all the obligatory fields of your account (fields in blue) are correctly filled in. If the problem persists, please contact the hotline.

You want to register your child, friends or team-mate with your account ?
It is possible, you just have to group the friends' (child or team-mate,...) account with your. You have to send your private key to the person of whom you wish to take up the account [my profile/modify my profile/private key]. The latter will add you as a friend [my profile/friends and authorizations/add a friend]. You can register him to the races of your choice by selecting his correct name before to choose the category (registration's process standard). More informations about this module here. This system depends of a basic rule not to be neglected : Each competitor has to previously create an account before to group it with a friend. If you have an accout but you can't remember your password and login, do not hesitate to contact the hotline, we are pleased to send you back.

Be careful : Don't change parameters (name, age) of your account to register your child. All MSO accounts are managed by a unique digital identifier that each athlete keeps during all his career. This process could cause error in your results.

You don't receive the confirmations' emails ?
There are many possibilites :
- Your email address is simply not valid.
- Your email address contains a typing error (orthography)
- Our confirmations' emails go into the box SPAM.

If problems persist, please contact the hotline.
Please note : address « @gmail » may cause problems.

How may I check that I am well registrated ?
In the connection area, you will find the button « Purchases and receipts ». In this module, you will find the summary of your purchases and payments. You can also check your registration by clicking on the small green flag following your race (welcoming page). This green flag opens the start's lists for a race. If you are well registrated, you can find yourself in these lists (to facilitate the task, select the search by name, surname).

I received a discound or free code, where do I type it ?
If free codes exist for the race which interests you, a field opens under the category of your choice (once the category selected). It is here you can type your discount or free code. You will be able to check the validity of your code. If this latter is valid, it will subtract the amount of the voucher from your invoice.

You want to register you to many races ?
It is possible, you just have to "add to cart" the races you want, then reach the cart to arrive finally at the module of secure payment.

During the 12 months that passed, we lived together your challenges. You have given us the desire to exceed, to surpass, and you will vibrate even more during the year that arrives.

It is with this wish that the MSO team has set up, in this end of the season, the MSO4YOU.CH platform.

With it, the organizers of the races will have a place where the informations they need to make your experience and their reach them new mountains peaks.
