Regarding the supporting documents, here is some informations:

The MSO invoice can be found in your MSO account under the section "Purchases and receipts"

Your membership certificate (containing your membership number) has been sent to you by email (the day of your registration).

Importante note:

To declare an accident, your contact person is MSO Cancellation team.

Please do not contact directly the organizer of the sporting event because he can not directly deal with your request
