L’engouement populaire suscité par l’arrivée du Tour de Romandie à Neuchâtel le 4 mai 2014 ainsi que le soutien des autorités locales a fait germer l’idée de créer une cyclosportive autour de Neuchâtel et de la magnifique région du Lac de Neuchâtel.
